Lend of rice

I am the first exchange student from my country here in Malaysia, since nobody wanted that before me, but I will never regret my decision.
Ok so to be honest with you Malaysia was my first choice of exchange destinations. :)When i found out that i will go in Malaysia i was very excited because this is my first time in Asia also my first time in one beautiful, exotic and unusual country.
You think of “natives” running through the forest with spears chasing squirrels for dinner, wearing nothing but the
bare essentials.

You also think of the untamed jungles like those so often shown in movies like Indiana Jones and George of the Jungle.
Malaysia is an amazing and peaceful country with delicious food and friendly people. It is "Truly Asia" meaning that  it's population is comprised of 60% Malay,30% Chinese and 7% of Indians.
As a result all these amazing cultures have a strong presence in the country.
In addition to that , Malaysia is a blessed with such a flourishing economy, that it's economic growth has impressed many nations. Malaysia as a former Brithish colony, is a nation  where English is widly used and spoken in public places.
Malaysia is a modern country with shopping malls,cinemas,international hotel chains everywhere and most importantly high tech Karaoke Bars on almost every corner. The people walk around with the lastest phones,drive the lastest cars from Lexus and Mercedes and talk about next international holiday destination over a coffee at Starbucks.

I still remember that day when i woke up and i checked my mail wow i got my host family :)))
i got Chinese family on Penang mainland. I had 3 sisters , father and mother.
Of course i was searching about Penang and everyone said YOU GOT THE BEST STATE OF MALAYSIA.
And now after 4 months i totally understand why.
